Blogging this month has made me realize how much I miss being a weeb so I decided it was time to stop missing and start doing. I mean, I have slightly been doing that by picking up some manga but with some of the new announcements and just how behind I am on content, I’ve decided to expand that list and also include some anime that I dropped a while ago

Whenever I think about this anime, I’m instantly transported back to that one time I went to yaoi-con and was browsing the artist alley. Right there, by the door, was an artist with some super cute merch! So cute that I decided to buy some of their stuff without knowing the anime.

I hardly, if ever, do this. I like to spend money on my OTPs and favorite shows, sometimes on OCs, but shows I haven’t watched? Nope. But I just couldn’t resist these pins!

Fast-forward sometime later, and yes, I’m finally getting to that show!!

I’ve been thinking about how to tell you guys this story, this discussion I had with an IRL. I briefly considered just making a thread on Twitter but the more I started writing, the more I realized I was saying A LOT. So I decided to just make a post about it

Yesterday ended up being a kind of lazy day for me, but right before heading to bed, I thought, maybe I should watch some anime. I ended up finally finishing Yashahime and WOAH, when will season two be out?! But after this my only options were to rewatch something or check something new out. And I did, this anime, this HILARIOUS show, I can’t even begin to say how much I berate old me for not starting this sooner!!

I could have honestly watched even more last night but I wanted to write out a first impression before I devoured the series so I controlled myself. But only barely, I couldn’t help but, eherm, check out how many fanfiction stories were under the Haiji and Kakeru tag, it needs MOAR
