[OWLS] A Second Chance At Life

Can you guys believe OWLS is already on its 3RD YEAR?! I couldn’t believe it either but when I was updating my pages I had the cold hard proof of it pushed into my face. I had missed (practically) the whole of OWLS 2nd year but I’d like to change things around this year by being more active with OWLS. That means sharing my fellow OWLS members posts, interacting with people via social media in regards to OWLS, and posting every month! While a lot of the original members of OWLS have turned towards IRL situations, I think we also have a very enthusiastic new batch of members (and we’re always looking for more people so fly on over to the OWLS site and tell us about yourself~)

[Fanfiction] Do you still read stories if they haven’t updated in forever?

It’s kind of weird. When I saw that I wouldn’t have class on Monday (yesterday), I was stressing out. 6 days at home with nothing to do?! I tried to watch some anime but like always, I found it hard to decide what to watch (and so I ended up watching nothing, LOL). Instead, I found myself on AO3 and before I knew it I was reading some really long stories. I actually wrote about one of those stories the other day (Hey Lover by wasterella). Then yesterday (and the day before) I was reading Catch me, sweetheart by  and it got me thinking about incomplete stories

[Fanfiction] Hey Lover by Wasterella (ft. Art by Ayhiroshi)

Do you guys ever start reading something and it’s only going to be a quick read? You’re only going to read two chapters a day, make it last, enjoy it, and then BAM, it’s been 24 hours, no sleep, no food, only yaoi hydration, and how am I still able to produce tears?!

I finally finished it!! Now I can’t say I’m eternally watching it anymore, lol. I swear, this show has been on my watch list for at least two years. And after finishing it, I came to realize that there’s something about endings that’s very tragic. Maybe that’s why I had been putting this off for so long

Anyways, I recently did a first impression on the first 37 episodes of Soul Eater so if you want to hear me ramble about my husband Stein and my new ship GiriLaw, go and have a look at that~

[Review] Sirius the Jaeger: Giving Us All the Needed Bro-Feels (Netflix)

Sirius the Jaeger is a series I found on Netflix while watching Soul Eater. I’d seen it in the anime section before while browsing but I didn’t really want to watch something new. But after seeing it over and over again in the “you should watch this next” section after each Soul Eater episode I thought, why not? Instead of clicking the next Soul Eater episode, I chose Sirius the Jaeger for a change of pace (if you’ve watched SE, maybe you know what I mean, lol).

Also, if you haven’t read it yet, I did already do the first impression for this show and now I’m just going to throw my feels at you all

I Am Eternally Watching: Soul Eater (ep 1 – 37)

And not because it’s a series I love and keep rewatching. No. Soul Eater has been on my to-watch list for years now and I can’t even remember when I first started it. What I do know is that I left off in the twenties range and then one day I picked it up again, thinking I was only a few episodes from finishing. I mean, Asura would be resurrected, and then there would be an epic battle, end of series. How mistaken I was!
